About Me as Trainer

I started presenting personal growth workshops in 2015 and completed my training as Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) Trainer in 2018. I have presented more than 30 workshops to professionals and lay people, including psychologists, social workers, coaches, counsellors, and teachers.

My workshops are presented both online and in person, and workshops can be presented by arrangement for groups of six or more.

It is important to me that anyone who attends my workshops not only has a good grasp of the material, but is also confident in applying it. I manage the scheduling to provide enough time to internalize the material - for example, by presenting the longer workshops with a break in the middle (where possible), enough time for questions, and enough breaks to prevent overwhelm or flagging concentration.

Different workshops include different elements, such as:

Videos to illustrate concepts and processes.
Exercises that can be done in your own time to practice what you learned.
Manuals or extensive workshop notes.
Optional post-workshop recap sessions.

The following workshops can be attended by anyone who would like to improve their personal, relationship, and communication skills. These workshops are also suitable for professionals who would like additional tools to help their clients who are struggling with relationship and communication challenges.
